It is designed to accommodate centralized, decentralized, and hybrid study designs, allowing clinical teams to tailor trials to their specific needs with ease and precision.
The portal features a fully configurable Subject Onboarding system, ensuring a smooth entry process for participants, whether conducted on-site, remotely, or through a combination of both.
The SoA Designer and CRF Builder provide robust tools for creating and customizing study forms. These tools enable teams to integrate specialized elements such as diagrams, tables, and visual forms to enhance data accuracy and relevance. The system also supports adding the Media Platform as a third-party option for sponsors with an existing EDC.
The Study Design Portal allows for custom form configurations, enabling researchers to create data capture forms tailored to each study's specific needs. These forms can include adverse event logs, visual forms, and PDF uploads. Within the Media Platform, the Media Form can be configured by media type (video, image, audio), action (capture or upload), and role access. The Media Review Form functions as a CRF visible only to the Media Reviewer. This customization ensures that every form aligns with the trial's objectives.
